TERMS/CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

i.	Transportation will be charged according to the distance to the venue and quantity of goos.
ii.	Additional charge will apply for delivery involving movement through Staircases, Lifts and excessive distance from the truck.
iii.	Rental rates are on a day-to-day basis.
iv.	Booking remains unconfirmed until fully paid for.
v.	All prices quoted above exclude a 20% handling fee.
vi.	Cancellation made after payment will attract nothing less than 20% of the booking.
vii.	Refundable deposit must be made for all booking and will be refunded after all items are returned and checked. Charges are made on items missing broken or damaged, which will be deducted from the refundable deposits.
vii.	The site for the setting of the big Tent/Manque should be free 24hrs before the event.
ix.	We are not responsible for weather conditions. We will not accept responsibility and claims that may arise from this clause.
x.	For jobs outside Lagos, Client will be charged accordingly for transportation, staff-feeding and accomodation.
